Area Sales Manager - Industry Sales

The Industry Sales Front Line will focus on driving sales in key industrial sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, and construction. This role involves identifying and targeting B2B opportunities, developing and managing key client accounts, and executing strategies to meet sales targets. The team lead will also coordinate and participate in roadshows, demos, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services, while monitoring Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly (YQM) activities and Talent Action Plans (TAP) to ensure team performance aligns with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Sales in Industrial Sectors:Drive sales and revenue growth within industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, and construction.Develop sector-specific strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in the industrial sector.B2B Opportunity Identification:Identify and target B2B sales opportunities across the industrial sectors.Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.Key Account Management:Develop and manage key client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tailored solutions.Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.Sales Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies for the industrial sector.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets and optimize opportunities.Sales Events Coordination:Coordinate and participate in roadshows, demos, and exhibitions targeting key players in the industrial sector.Leverage events to generate new leads, build market awareness, and enhance brand visibility within industrial sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing required MBA/Masters Tier1- Fresher Or BSC/Bcom/BBA- 3+ Year Ex Or Diploma-2+ Years of Ex. Proven experience in managing government and international business, as well as overseeing installation and service functions
