Assistant Manager - Research & Development

The Testing Engineer will be responsible for conducting electrical and functional tests on EV motors, controllers, and chargers to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with standards. The role requires strong knowledge of EV powertrain testing, dyno operations, and relevant IS/IEC standards, with accountability for documentation, reporting, and supporting product development for successful production release.

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. 2–6 years in EV motor, controller, or charger testing/validation.
