Executive - Production

To oversee rotor and stator manufacturing operations and motor assembly processes, including TIG welding, power press operations, CNC, and lathe machining. The role is responsible for achieving daily production targets while ensuring high quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency. Monitor adherence to safety protocols and implement corrective measures where necessary.
