Executive - Service

The Service Field Executive will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting technical equipment, including solar pumps (USPC and VFD). The role ensures high-quality service delivery, manages field operations, coordinates with dealers and sales teams, and provides training to field teams to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Field Service & Maintenance:Conduct field visits to resolve complaints and provide emergency services. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment. Service solar pumps (USPC, VFD) and other technical equipment efficiently.Team Management & Training:Provide training to field teams for smooth service operations.Establish service centers and appoint new field technicians.Conduct monthly audits of service centers to ensure compliance and performance.Customer & Dealer Coordination:Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.Resolve industrial complaints and coordinate with dealers and industrial customers to support sales.Work closely with sales and service teams for smooth execution of projects.· Inventory & Documentation: Manage inventory of spare parts and tools. Maintain documentation such as service reports and material management records.
