Responsible for the end-to-end process of vendor registration, onboarding, agreement execution, development and performance management of service vendors, to ensure timely, quality and cost-effective service delivery.Vendor Identification & OnboardingIdentify, evaluate and onboard new service vendors to meet project requirements.Manage the full vendor registration, KYC and agreement process.Vendor Data & Compliance ManagementMaintain and update the vendor master data and ensure all compliance documents are current.Performance Monitoring & Issue ResolutionMonitor vendor performance on service quality, delivery timelines and cost-effectiveness.Resolve operational or billing issues and ensure timely payments to vendors.Reporting & ReviewPrepare vendor performance and compliance reports for management review, highlighting opportunities for improvement or risk.

Graduate or Diploma (any discipline); MBA preferred.
