Production - Executive

To lead and manage all production activities related to stator winding and motor assembly, ensuring achievement of production targets with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role will focus on process optimization, manpower development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Handle all production-related activities of stator winding & assembly section. Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve targets and quality standards. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices and efficient production processes. Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective & preventive actions. Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance product design, quality, and reliability. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall product quality. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on the shop floor. Train, mentor, and develop production staff to improve skills, knowledge, and performance. Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Lean tools.
