Operations Associate

Job Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate at SharePal, you will learn & execute the forward/reverse operations process effectively and efficiently. The primary responsibilities include:

• Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders.
• Coordinate with the Ops executives and ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed properly.
• Coordinating with customers in case of any order-related issues.
• Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a customer experience.
• Coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues.
• Coordinating internal stock audits at the warehouse.
• Assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports.

Requirements

Required Education & Skills 

• B.Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialisation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills. English & Hindi
• Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business

0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role. Freshers welcome
