Operations Associate

Description

Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders
Coordinate with the operations executives and ensure that the SOPs are followed and SLAs are met
Work on coordinating with customers in case of any order-related issues
Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a great customer experience
Work on coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
Work on assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports

Requirements

B. Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome)
