Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager

As an Operations Head at SharePal, you will be responsible for running the Operations function effectively & efficiently.

The primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Order fulfilment planning and coordinating with the Operation leads across all warehouses
• Closely monitoring the delivery & pick-up process and improving key operations metrics
• Leading a team of operations leads and support staff across all warehouses
• Demand forecasting, creating an inventory & resource plan
• Driving process improvement and improve the overall customer experience
• Establishing relationship with delivery partners and negotiating the best possible deals
• Leading stock audit processes to reduce/eliminate shrinkage

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and "get the job done" type of individual to lead our Operations function. An ideal candidate will be an innate leader and will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree B.Tech/MBA etc
• 2 - 4 years' experience with warehousing, logistics, supply chain
• Knowledge of fulfilment/warehouse/ courier operations
• Experience in leading teams across multiple Cities/ Zones
• Excellent communication skills
• Change Management skills: Processes, Policies, Training & Systems

Benefits

Salary: INR 40,000 - 60,000 /month
Equity: 1% - 3 %
CTC: INR 6,00,000 - INR 8,00,000 per annum
