Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: Bengaluru, India
Summary:
SharePal.in is a platform to rent or buy lifestyle gear like travel gear, cameras, gaming consoles, etc. We are looking for a Product Expert to join our team and help our customers get the most out of their rented products. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of cameras, gaming consoles, AV equipment, VR, and similar gadgets. They should be able to troubleshoot issues, provide tips and tricks, and create helpful content to help our customers use their products safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Understand how to use a variety of products, including cameras, gaming consoles, AV equipment, VR, and similar gadgets.
- Troubleshoot issues with rented products and provide solutions to customers.
- Create helpful content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate customers about our products.
- Work with the content team to develop and implement product marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in technology & consumer electronics.
- Research and suggest new products which can be added on the website
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree - B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, etc with excellent problem solving skills
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a product support or technical support role.
- Good understanding of cameras, gaming consoles, AV equipment, VR, and similar gadgets.
- Keen interest in exploring new products
- Experience in photography, video editing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
