Sales and Execution assistant- Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders for HVAC projects (VRF, chillers, ducting, ventilation systems).
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing, technical data, and lead times.
• Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain sales documentation, records, and CRM updates.
