Identifying prospective candidates through Personal References or Job portals. Screening/ Shortlisting candidates and scheduling F2F meet up as per their availability. Interviewing- Role/ Skills discussion. Ensure consistent follow-up & taking it to closure Using innovative techniques to turn up the candidate Building rapport with Client and Candidates. Data management of candidates, employees as well as new joiners
