We're looking for an energetic and driven IT Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and coordinate and schedule technical interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT hiring preferred, freshers with strong interest can apply)
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, Support, Data roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.,

Must-Have Skills

• Communication & negotiation skills
• Sourcing and screening techniques
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Stakeholder management

Education: 

Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
