Role Summary
The HR & Compliance Support Executive is responsible for supporting employee documentation, ESIC and UAN registration, attendance preparation, recruitment coordination, and operational back-office support for SKSPL. The role also involves maintaining employee MIS records and assisting operations teams in ensuring smooth HR processes for government and client projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- ESIC & UAN Management
Handle ESIC and UAN related activities for D-Mart employees.
Maintain MIS records for newly joined employees and ensure accurate documentation.
Generate ESIC and UAN numbers through the online portal for government client employees.
- Employee Documentation & KYC Management
Collect KYC and joining documents from site supervisors for newly joined employees.
Follow up with supervisors to ensure timely submission of employee documentation.
- Employee Joining & Records
Prepare joining letters, work letters, and employee lists for government clients.
Prepare employee account details files for new joiners and submit them to the Accounts Department.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Prepare monthly attendance reports in Maxus advice format.
Submit attendance records to the Payroll Department for salary processing.
- Employee Query Handling
Assist employees with ESIC-related queries, particularly for D-Mart employees.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to resolve employee issues.
- Operations & Back Office Support
Provide administrative and back-office support to Operations Managers whenever required.
- Recruitment Support
Prepare job advertisement drafts as per client requirements.
Shortlist candidates, conduct initial calling, and coordinate interview schedules.
Assist with the onboarding process for newly selected candidates.
