Job Summary:

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. The role requires maintaining a professional environment while assisting staff, students, and visitors with information and coordination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the EPABX system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the visitor register and reception records.
• Provide basic information and guidance to visitors, students, and staff.
• Coordinate with departments for appointments, meetings, and visitor management.
• Manage courier, mail distribution, and official correspondence.
• Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation when required.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
