JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Assistant – Store

Company: M/s – Shyam Steel Industries Ltd.,
Location: Angadpur Plant, Durgapur - 15

1. Job Purpose

To support day-to-day Stores operations by ensuring timely and accurate processing of GRNs in SAP, prompt submission of invoices to the Accounts Department after quality posting, and effective handling of CCS system-related activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in SAP.
• Ensure that the invoice is sent to the Accounts Department immediately after quality posting.
• Carry out CCS system-related activities.

3. Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with relevant qualifications in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Materials Management may be preferred.

4. Experience

• Relevant experience in Stores operations, SAP-based GRN processing, or invoice processing will be preferred.

5. Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP and GRN processing.
• Basic understanding of invoice and quality posting processes.
• Ability to perform CCS system-related activities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in system transactions.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
