Operations Executive - Madhapur

Sid's Farm is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Executive – Retail Operations to support retail supply chain and store operations. The role will be responsible for GRN/PRN collection and reconciliation, RTV reconciliation, indenting, inventory allocation, and ensuring smooth coordination between retail partners and internal teams. Key Responsibilities include Inventory & Documentation Management, RTV (Return to Vendor) Reconciliation, Indenting & Inventory Allocation, and Coordination & Reporting.

The role seeks a detail-oriented and process-driven professional with 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or inventory management (preferably in FMCG/dairy). Strong knowledge of GRN, PRN, RTV processes, and stock reconciliation is required. Experience in indenting and demand planning is beneficial. Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems/ERP is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication and coordination abilities are also important.
