Warehouse Executive / Night shift

Job Title: Day/Night Operations Executive Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day/Night Operations Executive to join our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility during both day and night shifts. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility during both day and night shifts
• Ensure all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work performance
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Communicate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the day or night shifts
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the supply chain department
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
