TheAssociate Test Engineer (Automation)supports application platforms in the Engineering department. This role is critical to overall program success, with aggressive timelines and direct impact on our customers. You will gain hands-on experience withAI-assisted testing toolsand modern automation frameworks.

You'll****make an impact by

• Develop andmaintainAI-assisted test scriptsfrom functional and technical designs,leveragingGen AI tools for faster script generation.

• Execute test cases, log defects, andmaintaintest documentation usingintelligent defect tracking systems.

• Investigate defects for root cause, applyingAI-powered analysisfor faster resolution.

• Collaborate with senior QA engineers to implementself-healing test frameworksandAI-driven test data generation.

• Learn and applyAI-first testing strategies, including automated regression and functional testing.

• Ability to multitask and stayorganisedin a dynamic work environment.

• Track defects to closure and contribute tocontinuous improvementinitiatives.

This is howyou'llwin us over

• Bachelor's in Computer Scienceor related discipline; or equivalent work experience.

• 0–1yearsof experience in software testing or development.

• Strong foundationindata structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, and web programming.

• Exposure/Strong InclinationinAI-poweredtestingandemerging Gen AI QA platforms.

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills.

Technologies

• Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java/Python).

• Familiarity withany one or moredatabases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres).

• Testing frameworks (Junit/TestNG).

• Version control tools (Git/SVN).

• Build tools (Maven or Gradle).
