Description
Title: Service Automation Engineer
Location: Jamnagar
Payroll: Siemens Direct Contract
We are looking for a Service Engineer to support Siemens Automation Products at client location in Jamnagar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned preventive maintenance of Siemens Automation Products
- Attend breakdown calls and carry out troubleshooting activities
- Diagnose and resolve automation system issues to minimize downtime
- Support commissioning, maintenance, and fault finding activities
- Support new machine installation and integration from OEM
- Provide commissioning support to OEM engineers during new machine setup and startup
- Coordinate with internal and customer teams for issue closure
- Maintain service reports and provide regular status updates
Products/Systems:
- Siemens S7-1200 PLC
- Siemens S7-1500 PLC
- Siemens ET200 Remote I/O
- Siemens HMI Panels
- Siemens SCADA Systems
- Siemens Industrial Communication Systems
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Siemens Automation Products
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown handling
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networking
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site at Jamnagar
