- Operating Nord meccanica Combi Machine for lamination of flexible packaging films.
- Handle Lamination process problem with minimum loses.
- Machine run with minimum wastage & high output with quality.
- Knowledge of filling production data in logbook and system.
- Knowledge of adhesive, hardener and ethyl mixing ratio.
- Maintain 5S on shopfloor.
- Must have good knowledge of solvent base and solvent less process.
- Knowledge of online problem solving.
- Must prioritize self and team's SAFETY while operating.
- Handling Shift activity Smoothly.
