Roles & Responsibility:
- Everything under IT Recruitment (End to end IT Recruitment)
- Understand Technology
- Understand and review JD
- Source from different portals and sources.
- Job Posting and manage the posts
- Head hunting and a pro on Linkedin.
- Cv Screening, CV shortlisting
- Talk to Candidate, understand suitability, persuade and schedule interviews
- Handle interviews Internally with Hiring Manager
- Post offer followup till joining.
- Work knowledge on using ATS
- Best in Talking business, negotiations, a great orator.
Desired Candidate qualities:
- Min 2 years of Sourcing technical profiles from different sources.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Smartness with Logical reasoning
- Out of Box thinking or ideas
- Must have excellent analytical, presentation & problem-solving skills.
- Who is interested to create Recruitment plans and drive towards the goals set and achieve them.
- Who implements and infuses his ideas into our organization's HR team.
- Willing to work in a healthy, competitive and a fast growing environment.
- Someone who is flexible to learn and work on marketing new technologies and IT company.
- Young, energetic and flexible to work, learn and market in a Fast growing Startup.
- A Self Starter & A Go Getter.
knowledge on BigData / NLP / Analytics / Machine Learning would be a BIG plus.
Startup experience is highly preferred.
