Junior Hunter – Enterprise Sales Manager

We are hiring a Junior Hunter to drive new business acquisition across B2B, Banking, Fintech, BFSI, and SaaS accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new enterprise leads through outbound outreach.
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline and manage opportunities end-to-end.
  • Engage key decision-makers and understand business requirements.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution discussions.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to move deals forward.
  • Prepare proposals, follow up on negotiations, and support closures.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and weekly sales reports.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and target account opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
  • Exposure to Banking, Fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

  • Self-driven, persistent, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
