Junior Hunter – Enterprise Sales Manager
We are hiring a Junior Hunter to drive new business acquisition across B2B, Banking, Fintech, BFSI, and SaaS accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new enterprise leads through outbound outreach.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline and manage opportunities end-to-end.
- Engage key decision-makers and understand business requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution discussions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to move deals forward.
- Prepare proposals, follow up on negotiations, and support closures.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and weekly sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and target account opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development.
- Exposure to Banking, Fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred.
- Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

- Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders.
- Strong interest in new logo acquisition and consultative selling.
