| Strong Python programming (automation, scripting, tooling) Object‑Oriented Programming and coding best practices Git / version control with hands‑on experience in workflows Experience working with pre‑trained AI / LLM models (usage, integration, deployment support) Experience building engineering or productivity automation tools Comfort working with engineering data, drawings, or structured technical inputs Strong focus on documentation and maintainability Ability to Interface with engineering drawings, layouts, and structured engineering data (no deep physics modeling required) Familiarity with AI workstation / GPU requirements Experience with internal developer tools or engineering enablement platforms Basic understanding of ML concepts (model usage; not mandatory to build models from scratch) |
