US CMA Faculty

About the Role

Simandhar Education is looking for qualified and enthusiastic US CMA professionals to join our academic team as Full‐Time Faculty Members. The role involves delivering impactful classroom training, mentoring students, and helping aspiring management accounting professionals achieve their certification goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive sessions for US CMA:
  • Part 1: Financial Planning, Performance & Analytics
  • Part 2: Strategic Financial Management
• Ensure high‐quality academic delivery aligned with the CMA curriculum and learning resources.
• Conduct assessments, revision sessions, and doubt‐clearing classes.
• Guide students on exam preparation strategies, study planning, and career development.
• Track student progress and provide academic support to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the academic and student support teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

• Mandatory qualification: US CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
• Industry experience in FP&A, Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Corporate Finance, or related areas preferred.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and conceptual teaching skills.
• Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and relocate if required.
