· Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame.

· Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.

· Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.

· Make proactive calls to build relationship and grow the internal database of cleared candidates for our clients requirement.

· Obtain leads, review resumes, cultivate referrals, and screening candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.

· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, assessing the candidates skills according to requirement, and hand-holding all the way till closure

· Screening candidate as per required education, knowledge and skills sets.

· Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.

· Responsible for qualitative hiring with clear understanding of BPO, Technical requirement; whilst keeping in mind the requirements of the industry.

Skillset & qualifications required:

· Graduate or master's degree with 1 -2 years recruitment experience

· Excellent communications skills

· IT Recruitment experience

· Candidate should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to requirements & target oriented.

· Hands-on operational efficiency with the ability to set and follow processes.

· Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.
