General Manager - Sales

Outskill is building at the intersection of AI and education. Hyderabad is already an important sales powerhouse, and the next 6‐8 months require a leader who can turn rapid hiring into durable revenue capacity. This is not a conventional center‐management role. It is an opportunity to build a flagship revenue hub with end‐to‐end commercial and organizational accountability.

What You'll Be Own

• Revenue delivery and the leading indicators across the Hyderabad sales funnel.
• Center P&L, resource allocation and the tradeoffs between growth, productivity and quality.
• Sales productivity: conversion, ramp, manager effectiveness, forecast quality and revenue per seller.
• The organization design and leadership bench required to scale from approximately 60 to 200+ people.
• A clear operating cadence across daily execution, weekly reviews, monthly planning and performance correction.
• A high‐standard culture grounded in candor, learning velocity, ownership and responsible customer outcomes.
• Cross‐functional execution with Talent, People, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations.

• Personally owned a meaningful revenue target and the levers beneath it; not only a support function or delivery team.
• Led a high‐velocity sales organization through a material scale transition, ideally across multiple management layers.
• Produced measurable productivity gains using funnel diagnosis, manager effectiveness, coaching, incentives and operating cadence.
• Built or upgraded a leadership bench while maintaining performance during change.
• Made P&L or unit‐economic decisions under growth pressure and can explain the tradeoffs numerically.
• Operated with high field proximity: can move between dashboard, manager room and sales floor.
• Demonstrated integrity, customer responsibility and the ability to raise standards without creating fear or political behavior.
