GrowthSchool is looking for a Long-form Scriptwriter with a passion for artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and storytelling. You will create 20-minute YouTube documentary/report-style/workflow/AI tool walkthrough scripts that combine deep research, engaging narratives, and technical accuracy. Your work will be the foundation for GrowthSchool's upcoming AI-focused YouTube channels(Vaibhav's YT and Outskill), helping us educate and inspire millions while maintaining high viewer retention. Key Responsibilities: Script DevelopmentResearch AI trends, research papers, and industry developmentsWrite ~2,500–3,000 word scripts for 3–4 long-form videos/monthCraft compelling hooks, structured storytelling, and smooth pacingSimplify complex concepts without losing technical accuracyContent EnrichmentSuggest relevant B-roll, archival footage, and supporting visualsIntegrate case studies, real-world examples, and analogies for clarityWrite YouTube-optimized titles, descriptions, and call-to-actionsAudience OptimizationUse audience retention data to refine storytelling approachStay updated with YouTube best practices for long-form contentCollaborationWork closely with video editors, researchers, and presentersAlign scripts with GrowthSchool's brand voice and channel goalsOptimize for Audience Engagement:Leverage AI insights to maximize reach and viewership on YouTube.Stay updated on best practices for titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to increase click-through rates and retention.Continuous Learning & Innovation:Stay current with video editing trends, AI tools, and YouTube strategies.Experiment with new formats and AI tools to stay ahead of the competition.

A creative mindset, with the ability to ideate and execute AI-enhanced video content. Familiarity with video analytics to understand viewer behavior and optimize content accordingly. Being a content creator yourself is a plus.
