Eligibility Criteria
2+ years of experience in long-form video editing for top-tier YouTube channels. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects and other platforms. Strong knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling. Solid understanding of YouTube's video optimization strategies. Experience with AI-based editing tools such as MidJourney, Veo3, RunwayML, 11Labs, Heygen, or similar tools. A creative mindset, with the ability to ideate and execute AI-enhanced video content. Familiarity with video analytics to understand viewer behavior and optimize content accordingly. Being a content creator yourself is a plus.
