 3-4 Years of Experience

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience who can work across front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, and Python, along with the ability to work with AI tools and modern development technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Next.js and Node.js.
• Work on backend logic, API development, and database integrations using Node and Python.
• Utilize and integrate AI tools and AI-driven features within the development workflow or applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, PMs, and QA.
• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire application stack.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and cloud services.
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and security.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with React or Next.js for front-end development.
• Good working knowledge of Node.js for backend development.
• Experience with Python (API development, automation, or scripting).
• Ability to work with or adapt to AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-based automation tools).
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
