IT Associate

The IT Associate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation's IT infrastructure, digital systems, and training technology platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and secure handling of data in an aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including computers, networks, printers, and peripherals
• Manage and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for training delivery and tracking
• Ensure smooth functioning of smart boards, classroom technology, and digital teaching tools
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage user access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Support IT requirements during training sessions, examinations, and audits
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and maintenance
• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system records

Ensure data confidentiality and system reliability

Requirements

• BE. / B.tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with LMS platforms and office IT infrastructure preferred
