Field System Service Engineer

We are looking for a technically skilled Field System Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for IT infrastructure systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at customer locations and resolving hardware, networking, and system-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and infrastructure systems
• Provide on-site technical support at customer locations
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, network devices, printers, and peripherals
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers
• Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for escalated issues
• Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation
• Respond to customer service calls and ensure timely issue resolution
• Support AMC / service contracts and maintain customer relationships
• Travel to client sites as required
