Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense and the ability to transform concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements
• Develop detailed 2D layouts, space planning, and design presentations
• Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and clients
• Select materials, colors, furniture, and finishes
• Revise designs based on feedback and project needs
• Ensure designs meet functionality, aesthetics, and budget requirement

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
• Experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of materials, lighting, and furniture design
