R&D Executive - Spinning

We are looking for an innovative and analytical R&D Executive to support product development, process improvement, and quality enhancement in our spinning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research & trials for yarn/product improvement
• Analyze and improve spinning process efficiency & quality
• Develop innovative solutions for cost reduction & productivity enhancement
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for process optimization
• Monitor raw material performance and yarn characteristics
• Prepare R&D reports, testing records & technical documentation
• Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality and customer standards

• Strong knowledge of spinning processes & yarn manufacturing
• Experience in textile testing, quality analysis & product development
• Understanding of fiber properties & yarn parameters
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of process improvement & quality control techniques
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to work closely with production teams
• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Textile Technology
• Experience in spinning mills or yarn manufacturing preferred
