Senior Merchandiser - Home Textiles

We are looking for a proactive and detail‐oriented Merchandiser with experience in the Home Textiles industry to manage end‐to‐end order execution and buyer coordination.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in sampling, costing, production follow‐up, and export processes for home textile products such as bed linen, curtains, cushions, and made‐ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buyer communication and order execution
• Coordinate sampling, product development & approvals
• Prepare costing and negotiate pricing
• Follow up with production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Track order status and maintain merchandising reports
• Coordinate with quality, PPC, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards
• Manage shipment schedules and export documentation
• Monitor order profitability and cost control
