Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Handle site documentation, reports, and measurements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
• Manage materials, manpower, and resources effectively

• Strong experience in site execution and supervision
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Experience in BOQ, billing, and quantity surveying
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Knowledge of safety standards and site practices
• Time management and leadership skills
