Weaving Production Planning

We are looking for an experienced Weaving Production Planning professional to manage and coordinate weaving production schedules, ensuring optimum loom utilization, timely production, and on-time delivery of fabric as per customer requirements.

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly weaving production plans
• Plan loom allocation based on orders, fabric specifications, capacity, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Merchandising, PPC, Production, Dyeing, Sizing, Warping, and Quality teams
• Monitor loom capacity, production progress, and order status
• Ensure timely availability of yarn, beams, designs, and other production inputs
• Track production against planned quantities and identify delays
• Follow up with weaving teams and outsourced weaving units, wherever applicable
• Optimize loom utilization, production efficiency, and capacity
• Prioritize urgent orders and revise production schedules when required
• Monitor fabric requirements and ensure timely completion of weaving orders
• Prepare production planning reports, MIS, and pending order status
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure production plans are aligned with customer delivery commitments
