You'll be responsible for editing high-impact video ads across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Shorts — turning raw footage into compelling, conversion-focused creatives that drive scale.You'll edit performance-driven video ads for platforms like Meta and YouTube, craft strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling optimized for retention and conversions, create multiple ad variants from the same footage (hooks, CTAs, formats, durations), collaborate with marketing, creative, and videography teams to execute ad briefs, optimize edits based on performance insights (CTR, watch time, retention, ROAS), ensure brand consistency across tone, color, typography, and storytelling, and handle end-to-end post-production: editing, sound design, grading, and basic motion graphics. Stay updated with ad trends, editing styles, and platform best practices. Your work directly impacts growth and revenue and will be seen by millions online. 2–4 years of experience editing videos, ideally for D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or digital-first brands
