Executive: B2C Returns

The B2C Returns Executive will be responsible for receiving, verifying, categorizing, and managing customer returns. This includes updating return status in systems, coordinating with various teams (QC, SPF claims, inventory), communicating with courier partners and customer service, and maintaining return metrics. The role requires experience with WMS/ERP systems and a strong understanding of e-commerce reverse logistics and B2C return workflows.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2C Returns Executive to manage end-to-end return inwarding, inspection, and reconciliation of customer returns. The role requires a strong understanding of reverse logistics, warehouse systems, and return workflows across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in documentation, analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely processing of returned products in alignment with SOPs.
