Production Merchandiser/ Junior Designer & Product Development

The Production Merchandiser will manage end-to-end production follow-up to ensure timely execution of orders. Coordinate with factories on daily production status, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Develop and maintain effective vendor relationships to support production needs. Plan and monitor factory capacities to balance workload and avoid delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sourcing, quality, design, logistics) to ensure smooth process flow. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures. Prepare and maintain reports on order status, production tracking, and vendor performance.
