ERP Administrator

2–3 years of experience providing Level 1 user support for ERP projects, including migrations, feature enhancements and general business applications.

Hands-on exposure to ERP platforms such as Infor ERP LN and SAP Business One is preferred.

Functional understanding of key business processes, including sales administration, supply chain, production, finance and quality.

Knowledge of ERP customisation, specific developments, reporting and system administration.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recommend effective solutions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Quick learner with an understanding of manufacturing operations and an aptitude for adopting new technologies.

Customer-focused, responsive and committed to delivering a positive user-support experience.

Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
