Ingredient Prep Wash peel slice chop and measure ingredients to prepare for daily recipes.Mise en Place Set up workstations with required utensils equipment and prepped ingredients before service begins.Basic Cooking Execute fundamental cooking techniques (e.g. boiling saut ing baking) under the close supervision of senior chefs or a Chef de Partie.Plating Assist with garnishing and presenting dishes consistently according to the restaurant& 39 s standards.
