Rollout, Transition & Support Consultant - BD Services Delivery

The role

As part of the Business Domain "Services Delivery" you will play a key role in the Digital Transformation of SoftwareOne's Professional Services and Managed Services delivery capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders across the Services organization to inform them about upcoming changes and new developments across ServiceNow-based delivery platforms, including SoftwareOne Delivery Platform (SwoDP) for Professional Services and Managed Services, and drive adoption through clear communication, training and ongoing enablement. You will maintain good control of sprint scope and rollout plans to confidently explain what changed, why it changed, and how users should work with the new functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of new services/features, owning rollout readiness and business adoption activities
• Coordinating the transition of new services or features across teams and business domains globally
• Informing and keeping countries up to date on Release planning, using multiple communication channels
• Maintaining and monitoring transition of new services, features and releases
• Communicating with stakeholders to determine if the new functionalities meet their requirements and gather feedback
• Stakeholder management: building trust with business and technical stakeholders, setting expectations, communicating status/risks early, and driving alignment across regions and teams

What we need to see from you

• 3+ Years of experience working in IT/Software Consulting
• Background in Change management / Transition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
• Experience in requirements elicitation, UAT planning/execution, feedback engineering, and validating PBIs against acceptance criteria
• Strong written communication skills with experience producing release notes, user communications, and structured documentation
• Ability to create and maintain training content and walkthrough guides; comfortable enabling end users and driving adoption
