Business Analyst/Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team. The role requires strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into data-driven insights. You will be responsible for managing reporting requirements, creating dashboards, enabling decision-making, and driving process improvements across product, engineering, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage business requirements and ensure timely implementation of reporting needs. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive strategic decisions. Define data elements and structures to enable analytical capabilities across product and engineering teams. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate capture and storage of key data points. Retrieve and aggregate data from multiple sources into actionable, digestible formats for leadership. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to align data insights with business goals. Build and maintain platforms to provide ad-hoc access to large datasets for operations teams. Partner with leadership to set annual goals and track performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Identify and drive process improvements and automation of manual workflows. Contribute to reporting for Card Lending Services including data mapping, extraction, and analytics. Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to enhance targeting, reporting, and campaign measurement.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a reporting/analytics role.
