Primary Responsibilities: Team Coordination:Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates. Operational Management:Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes. Cross-functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution. BOM Review:Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials. Project TAT & Profitability:Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins. Follow-ups & Escalations:Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups. Customer Relationship Management:Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight. Installation Monitoring:Offer support to on-ground installation teams—both locally and across cities via remote monitoring tools. KPI Management:Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence. Team Development:Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.

Secondary Responsibilities: InC (Installation Crew) Onboarding & Training Material Management:Track procurement needs in coordination with the Purchase team. Recruitment:Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed.
