Cluster Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

**Team Coordination:**Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates. **Operational Management:**Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes. **Cross-functional Coordination:**Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution. **BOM Review:**Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials. **Project TAT & Profitability:**Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins. **Follow-ups & Escalations:**Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups. **Customer Relationship Management:**Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight. **Installation Monitoring:**Offer support to on-ground installation teams—both locally and across cities via remote monitoring tools. **KPI Management:**Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence. **Team Development:**Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

**InC (Installation Crew) Onboarding & Training **Material Management:Track procurement needs in coordination with the Purchase team. **Recruitment:**Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed

• Expertise in solar technology & rooftop systems

• Prior experience with operational monitoring software/tools
• Experience in large C&I rooftop solar projects
