Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
**Operational Management:**Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.**Cross-functional Coordination:**Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution..**Follow-ups & Escalations:**Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.**Customer Relationship Management:**Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.**KPI Management:**Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.**Team Development:**Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.
Secondary Responsibilities:
**Recruitment:**Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Positive attitude & problem-solving approach
- Ability to make tactical decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
- Team leadership and collaborative mindset
- Experience with statutory compliance work
- Proficiency in verbal/written communication
- Expertise in solar technology & rooftop systems
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience with operational monitoring software/tools
- Experience in large C&I rooftop solar projects
