Project Manager

As a Project Manager – Operations, you will be the end-to-end owner of solar project execution for residential customers in your assigned territory. From post-sale handover to installation and commissioning, you will ensure that every solar system is delivered on time, with high quality, and to customer delight. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate with internal teams (design, supply chain, installation), and be the face of SolarSquare on-ground. Key Responsibilities include: Project Planning & Execution, Site Inspections & Readiness, Vendor & Team Management, Customer Interaction, Documentation & Handover, Reporting & Review.

Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil preferred). Two-wheeler with valid license. Smartphone with internet access. Willingness to travel within assigned region. Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off).
