Description
Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects.
- Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process.
- Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff.
- Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects.
- On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects.
- Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection.
- Follow-up and updating closure reports.
- Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State.
- Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding
- Communicate with O&M and Execution team.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
- RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification.
- Solar Product inspection is Advantage.
