Role Overview

We are looking for a QHSE Supervisor (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality solar installations across our residential project sites. You will be responsible for driving safety protocols, site quality inspections, vendor compliance and training programs for on-ground teams.If you have a sharp eye for detail, care deeply about worker safety, and believe in clean energy done right—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Safety Compliance & Monitoring

Conduct daily safety audits and toolbox talks on-site Ensure proper use of PPE, scaffolding, and electrical safety standards Report incidents/near-misses and drive root cause analysis

Quality Assurance

Inspect structural & electrical work during and post-installation Ensure adherence to SolarSquare's QMS (Quality Management System) Flag and follow up on defects, damages, or deviations from SOPs

Documentation & Training

Maintain site safety checklists, inspection reports, and daily logs Conduct periodic training and refreshers for field teams and vendors Support audits by internal teams or DISCOM bodies

Vendor Supervision

Evaluate third-party vendors' compliance with quality and HSE standards Drive corrective actions when non-compliance is observed

Key Requirements

Education:\n* Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Safety Management\n*(Preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) Experience:\n* 2–5 years in HSE, Quality Control, or Site Supervision (solar, electrical, infrastructure preferred) Skills:\n* Knowledge of ISO 45001 / OHSAS / electrical safety standards\n* Good communication in Hindi, English & regional language\n* Strong documentation, audit, and incident reporting skills\n* Hands-on with Google Sheets, Excel, safety forms, and mobile apps Other Requirements :-\n* Two-wheeler with valid license\n* Smartphone with internet access\n* Open to frequent site travel and field presence\n* Available on weekends (weekday off)
